I’ve always balanced my interest in health and fitness with a passion for boutique brewing. I pursued a formal education in micro-brewery management and business before completing my masters, but it wasn’t until I became fascinated with kombucha that it all came together. I fell in love with it from the start and since then brewing kombucha has become my passion! I am incredibly proud of the fact that Wicked Kombucha brews completely natural, absolutely authentic, totally organic products that are without compromise. I believe that being truly healthy, low in sugar, rich in probiotics and antioxidants, should be the baseline for any kombucha – and it absolutely has to taste great!
All About The Taste
Based on centuries of tradition our kombucha is a living brew with a modern twist, we brew the finest quality certified organic tea before adding a symbiotic mix of bacteria and yeast (SCOBY). This sweet brew is then left alone for several weeks while we patiently allow flavours and beneficial microbes to develop during fermentation. The result, a delicious slightly tangy, slightly sweet effervescent beverage, tastes great and is invigorating and refreshing.
Wicked Kombucha was born out of our love for all things natural and a healthy lifestyle. From the bush grown pepper berries to the organic mountain tea, we only source certified organic ingredients from reputable partner businesses. We don’t cut corners, and freshly prepare our own juices on site.
Independent & Local
Wicked Kombucha is an independently owned small business based in Perth. We are part of the WA community and understand the importance of listening to our customers, building relationships with other local businesses, being a local employer and giving back to the community. Keeping it local is also a great way of minimising our environmental footprint.
